Yesterday we found some corn pasta that is gluten free, wheat free, and dairy free. It cooks just as fast as real pasta and tastes just as good!! It doesn't however cook very well in the oven as a pasta dish like mac and cheese. Oh well, at least I can have tasty soft pasta again!
