brown rice spinach pasta!!!?!?!
I was a bit skeptical after already trying spaghetti squash and tofu noodles and being incredibly angry but, for once, I had a nice pasta dinner! It takes about 2-3 times longer to cook these thick noodles rather than regular pasta or whole wheat pasta but it was well worth it!! It tasted amazing with my non sugar added pasta sauce and soy Parmesan cheese with turkey meat! I am so excited to eat this again!
